Pacers-Heat Earns Highest Regular Season Rating Ever on FSI

INDIANAPOLIS -- Tuesday’s Indiana Pacers-Miami Heat game was the highest-rated regular season Pacers telecast ever on FOX Sports Indiana.
The Pacers’ 90-84 win in front of a sellout crowd at Bankers Life Fieldhouse earned a 9.33 household rating in the Indianapolis market, according to Nielsen Media Research. That surpasses the previous high of 9.32 set Feb. 4, 2003 vs. the Los Angeles Lakers.
Pacers-Heat peaked at a 13.7 rating/20 share/151,000 households at the end of the game as the Pacers completed their second-half comeback win. The Pacers Live postgame show also set an all-time high, registering a 6.0 rating.
Pacers telecasts on FOX Sports Indiana are averaging a 4.4 household rating in 2013-14, up 133 percent over last season – the biggest percentage increase in the NBA this season.
FOX Sports Indiana is in its 18th season of Pacers telecasts and is televising 80 regular season games in 2013-14.
The Pacers, an NBA-best 19-3, return to action Friday against the Charlotte Bobcats at Bankers Life Fieldhouse and on FOX Sports Indiana.
