2021-22 Overview: Returned for a fifth season and played a pivotal role in the Wildcats’ march to the NCAA Final Four … Selected the Most Outstanding Player at the NCAA South Regional … Led the Wildcats in rebounding (6.5 rpg) and averaged 11.1 points per contest … Started 37 of 38 games with the only absence coming due to back spasms prior to a BIG EAST Tournament quarterfinal win over St. John’s.
2021-22 Postseason Highlights: Scored 16 points and added 10 rebounds to help lift VU past Houston 50-44 on March 25 ... Provided superb defense on Michigan’s Hunter Dickinson along with 22 points and seven rebounds in a 63-55 win over Michigan on March 24 ... Added 17 points and eight rebounds to a 71-61 win over Ohio State in NCAA Second Round action on March 20 ... Contributed 15 points and nine rebounds to an 80-60 win over Delaware on March 18 ...
