The new restaurant, located next to the Home Court Gift Shop in Conseco Fieldhouse, is owned by local developer HSG Restaurant Group with Gavin and Kim Hart, who opened their first Dunkin’ Donuts in 2008 and currently are involved with 16 locations in the Indianapolis area and Fort Wayne.  They plan to open four more new Dunkin’ Donuts in Central Indiana creating a total of 150 new jobs by the end of 2011.

Doors open to the public at 5 a.m. Thursday.  Every hour through 3 p.m. will feature different promotions such as Boomer’s Blue and Gold Donut and a special Dunkin’ Donuts/Pacers Value Meal; and special appearances by Pacers players and coaches.  The Pacers Fan Van, Prize Wheel and Donut Hole offer visitors various chances to win Pacers, Fever and DD items and will be located on the Pennsylvania Street Plaza in front of the restaurant.

At 8:30 a.m., Pacers Sports & Entertainment COO Rick Fuson along with Clark Kellogg, Vice President of Player Relations, will be joined by Gavin and Kim Hart to cut the ribbon and officially open the store. Later in the day, Pacers players and coaches will be in the store “working” and mingling with customers.

“We’re proud to be partnering with Dunkin’ Donuts as a sponsor, and more importantly welcome their new store in Conseco Fieldhouse,” said Rick Fuson, Chief Operating Officer of Pacers Sports & Entertainment.  “Having a Dunkin’ Donuts in the Fieldhouse provides another great experience for fans coming for Pacers and Fever games, as well as the variety of events we hold throughout the year.”

The partnership with the Pacers and Fever includes an in-arena video race at 22 Pacers games where all fans will have the opportunity to win a free DD product and receive special offers on Pacers tickets. In addition, DD will receive an ad in GameTime and tickets. Fans should also look for Biggie Bagel, Cuppy Coffee and Dashing Donut sampling DD product and handing out coupons to Pacers fans on Pacers Opening Night on October 30.

“We are thrilled to open a Dunkin’ Donuts at Conseco Fieldhouse and partner with the Pacers, Fever and Conseco Fieldhouse,” Gavin Hart said.  “We hope our great coffee and other products add to the fun of the experience for fans coming to Conseco Fieldhouse, and since I’m a huge basketball fan, I can’t think of a better place to do business!”
