2019 Abrams Academic Achievement Award

INDIANAPOLIS – For the 18th year, the Indiana Pacers, in partnership with Pacers team ophthalmologist Dr. John Abrams, will present the Abrams Academic Achievement Award.

The Abrams Academic Achievement Award was established to recognize area elementary and/or middle-school students for their academic and leadership performance in school.

This year the Indiana Pacers and Dr. Abrams selected nine middle and elementary schools in which to partner for this program, and from those schools, one 5th – 8th grade student was selected to receive this award. This year’s partnering schools were Belzer Middle School, Chapel Hill 7th and 8th Grade Center, Independence Academy, Lynhurst 7th and 8th Grade Center, North Elementary School, Gold Academy, Raymond Park Middle School, IPS #93, and Park Tudor.

Congratulations to the following students who received this year’s Abrams Academic Achievement Award. These students will receive four tickets, a pregame dinner and reception for the Pacers game tonight vs. Orlando.
