Joe Young Signs Contract

The Indiana Pacers announced Tuesday they have signed second-round draft pick Joe Young to a contract. Young was the 43rd overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. Per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Young, a 6-2, 180-pound guard, played collegiately at Oregon and was named the Pac-12 Player of the Year as a senior.

Young recently played for the Pacers' summer league team in Orlando where in four games he was the Pacers' leading scorer at 22.5 points per game. Along with teammate Myles Turner, he was named to NBA TV's All-Tournament Team.
