To build on that excitement, the league will hold its fourth annual NBA Jersey Day on Oct. 23, encouraging fans around the world to celebrate their favorite players and teams by wearing their favorite jersey on the eve of opening night.
Fans can participate by following these steps:
- Share a photo of yourself, your friends or your family in a WNBA, NBA or G League jersey of any era on social media.
- Use the hashtag #NBAJerseyDay.
- Tag your favorite teams and players for a chance to be featured on league and team social media channels, or the NBA App.

With NBA Jersey Day on Oct. 23, fans have two weeks to decide which jersey to choose from; whether this is from their existing collection, or they add a new jersey to the rotation for the upcoming season.
