Miami Heat All-Star Jimmy Butler missed his 21st game of the season Wednesday night due to illness. Coach Erik Spoelstra said Butler had sinus congestion.

In a matchup of the NBA’s conference leaders, the Phoenix Suns beat the Heat 111-90 and became the first team to clinch a playoff spot.

Miami had won four straight games and leads the Eastern Conference by two games over the Milwaukee Bucks.
