MEMPHIS, April 11, 2013–As the Memphis Grizzlies make their final push for the postseason, the team will pay tribute to all members of Grizz Nation when the Grizzlies host Fan Appreciation Night, presented by First Tennessee, during the final regular season home game on Wednesday, April 17 with a 7 p.m. tip-off against the Utah Jazz.
The night will start at 5 p.m., when Grizzlies fans are invited to a Plaza Party at the Outdoor Plaza of FedExForum, featuring Grizzlies inflatables, face painters, balloon artists and musical entertainment. As part of Fan Appreciation Night, the first 5,000 fans in attendance to the game against the Jazz will receive a Grizzlies T-shirt, courtesy of First Tennessee. Once inside, fans will also have the opportunity to be randomly selected to win in-game giveaways, courtesy of various partners of the Memphis Grizzlies.
After the Grizzlies put the finishing touches on the most successful regular season in franchise history, the team will continue a time-honored tradition in which all players will give authentic, game-worn jerseys to a group of 14 lucky fans following the game against the Jazz. Each player will personally autograph the collectible jersey for the winning fans as a show of their appreciation for their support during one of the most exciting and memorable seasons in franchise history.
