As a Grizzlies Season Ticket Member, what will I need in order to access my Grizzlies tickets?
You will need your Grizzlies Account Manager email address and password.
Can I access My Grizzlies and FedExForum event tickets from the Mobile App?
Yes, you can do so under My Tickets by connecting both your Grizzlies Account (Season Ticket Members tickets for Grizzlies games) and Ticketmaster Account (Single-game tickets and concerts/events at FedExForum).
Can I use the same email address and password to Sign In to the new Grizzlies app?
Fans accessing the new Grizzlies app for the first time will need to Sign Up for a new account.
Grizzlies Season Ticket Members should Sign Up for a new account using their Grizzlies Account email address and password.
Do I need to delete the old Grizzlies App before getting the new Grizzlies App?
If you have the Grizzlies mobile app on your phone or tablet it only requires an update to get the new Grizzlies mobile app. If you do not have the Grizzlies app on your phone you can download the new Grizzlies mobile app for iOS or Android.
What is the difference between ‘SIGN IN’ for the Mobile App and Signing in to ‘My Tickets’?
The Mobile App Sign In is specific to an account for the Mobile App and allows fans to receive exclusive in-app offers, games, and features.
The My Tickets section of the new mobile app is for accessing tickets to Grizzlies games and other events at FedExForum.
When Signing in to the new Grizzlies App for the first time you will have an opportunity to connect your Mobile App account with your My Tickets accounts.
