FLUID TICKETS

We are pleased to announce the launch of our newest MVP benefit, Fluid Tickets. Beginning with the our game on December 21st vs. Pacers, MVPs will have more flexibility with their MVP account. Fluid Tickets allows MVPs to return tickets for credit that can be used to purchase other single game tickets, or to upgrade tickets for a game(s).

HOW TO RETURN YOUR SEASON TICKETS FOR A SELECT GAME

Tickets for the 23-24 Season are now eligible for return. MVPs can earn between 40-100% of the purchase value of their returned tickets with the amount of credit earn varying by game. Deadlines for each game are listed below and will be a Noon cutoff.

Return credit can be used to purchase additional single game tickets for future games or to upgrade your existing seats for a game. Once your seats are returned, they are no longer valid for entry into the game. All return credit expires at the end of the 2023-24 regular season. If you are interested in returning a game, please email your Client Service Account Executive.

HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR SEASON TICKETS FOR A SELECT GAME

You now have the ability to upgrade your seats! Upgrades are available the day of each game. You can upgrade your current location by utilizing the funds paid towards that game and paying the difference of the new location. You can even use your Return Credit to pay for upgrades!

STEP 1

Open the Memphis Grizzlies App. Select "My Tickets" from the menu above your MVP Central button.

STEP 2

Choose the game you would like to Upgrade.

STEP 3

Click "More Ticket Actions" at the bottom of the screen once the game tickets have loaded.

Step 4

Your Account Manager will load, select “Seat Upgrade” from the actions available.

Choose which tickets you would like to Upgrade and select “Continue”.

Once you select your seats, click “Add to Cart”

After you have added the seats you would like to upgrade into to the cart, select the cart in the top right corner.

Step 10

Confirm the correct seats are in the cart and select “Continue”.

Step 11

Review your transaction summary and select “Next”.

Scroll through the final page to select your payment options and accept the Terms and Conditions before selecting “Pay Today – USD”.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can use a credit card or your Return Credit to pay the difference in your Upgrade selection.

Return Credit will expire on the last home game of the regular season. (For the 23-24 Season, Return Credit will expire on April 14^th, 2023.)

You can Return or Upgrade all your seats. If you are only able to utilize one ticket and you have two, you can return one and upgrade the other. Or if you are out of town and unable to attend the game, you can Return all your tickets for the select game.

All games throughout the regular home season are eligible.

MVPS only!! This is an exclusive benefit for our MVP Members.

All games are eligible for return as of now. However, you must return your tickets prior to the deadline - 48 hours prior to tip-off. Please note, there are a few games that require more than 48 hours. Please contact your Client Service Account Executive for any questions.
