The Los Angeles Clippers announced today that eight-time Grammy winner Fergie will sing the national anthem prior to the Clippers season opener against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday, October 30 at 7:30 pm PST. The game will be televised nationally on TNT.

Fergie recently announced she has been in the studio working on the follow-up to her 2006 solo album The Dutchess, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200 and spent 94 weeks on the chart.
