The completion of the two-year transformation of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse will be made official with a celebratory “Welcome Home” Grand Opening on Saturday, September 28th with a very special ribbon cutting event, featuring a 216-foot ribbon, followed by a free day-long public open house until 7:00 p.m. Free tickets to the ribbon cutting and open house are available at RocketMortgageFieldHouse.com/opening.
The official ribbon cutting will take place outside in front of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse’s stunning new glass atrium, with the festivities beginning at 10:00 a.m. Dignitaries, entertainers along with a pyro technic show (and more!) will be a part of this special grand opening event that will ring in a new era of sports and entertainment in Cleveland, Ohio.
Joining Cavaliers and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse CEO Len Komoroski on stage will be Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson; Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish; Congresswoman Marcia Fudge; Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage CEO Jay Farner.

Immediately following the ceremony at approximately 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse will welcome the community into its new home for a first look inside the modernized venue. The transformation touched virtually every area of the building, bringing the latest in cutting-edge technology and innovative design. The “all-new” Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse features more space, more amenities and more food and beverage options that will bring a new energy, excitement and efficiency to the fan experience like never before.
Self-guided tours will provide the opportunity to explore all the sights and sounds of the FieldHouse:
