Cleveland topped the Nets in Paris on Thursday after jumping out to a big lead in the first half. Brooklyn cut the deficit to single-digits in the fourth quarter, but could not take the lead. Donovan Mitchell was excellent, scoring a season-high 45 points with 21 of those in the fourth. Jarrett Allen doubled-up in the eighth straight game.
