    • Items that contain PCBs (including transformers, capacitors and fluorescent ballasts)
    • Radioactive materials of any kind
    • Materials containing mercury
    • Pressurized or closed containers
    • Flammable materials
    • Scrap or containers bearing hazardous materials labels
    • Refrigerants found in air conditioners or refrigeration devices (including CFCs and HCFCs)
    • Ammunition shells containing live rounds (no steel bullet shells)
