Luka Doncic, Maxi Kleber and Boban Marjanovic answer fans' questions

Three of the fan-favorite players in Dallas answer questions about life, their jerseys, their future and more.

The Kia MVP buzz is growing around Luka Doncic this season, and deservedly so. He’s fresh off a November in which he averaged a 30-point triple-double and has sparked the Dallas Mavericks to a surprising 13-6 start to 2019-20.

Of course, no player in the NBA accomplishes things on their own and Doncic is no exception. He needs solid teammates around him, and for the Mavs this season, Maxi Kleber and Boban Marjanovic meet those qualifications. Kleber is the team’s third-best rebounder (6.0 rpg) and is on pace for a career-high in 3-pointers made. As he has been in each of his NBA stops, the 7-foot-4 Marjanovic is a fan-favorite in Dallas while also providing timely minutes (as he did Sunday against the Lakers).

That trio took some time recently to answer Mavs fans’ questions about the season and the results were hilarious. Give it a watch if, for nothing else, to hear the one-liners and barbs the trio traded all video long.

Among the better cracks at each other …

Question: When you stop playing, would you rather be a coach, GM or work in TV?

Doncic: “Why do they always say work in TV? You work on TV. … You’re not in it.”

Question: How do you feel when you see someone wearing your jersey?

Kleber: “I think that’s a question only for Luka because nobody has our jerseys.”

Marjanovic: “I think nobody has your jersey.”
