Warriors Announce 2013-14 Radio Schedule
KNBR 680 Will Be The Radio Home Of Warriors Basketball For 30th Straight Season

For the 30th consecutive season and 38th campaign overall, KNBR 680 will serve as the radio home of Warriors basketball during the 2013-14 season, the team announced today.

KNBR 680 AM will once again serve as the flagship station broadcasting all 82 regular-season and five preseason Warriors games, the most preseason games aired on KNBR since it became the radio home for Warriors basketball in 1976-77. KNBR 680 will also continue to air the Warriors Roundtable radio show and the Mark Jackson Show weekly throughout the season. Tim Roye, who is entering his 19th season as the radio voice of the Warriors, will once again handle play-by-play duties, joined by Tom Tolbert, who will provide color commentary for all Warriors regular season home games this season. At this time, all Warriors radio broadcasts are scheduled to air on 680 AM with the exceptions of December 1 at Sacramento, December 23 at Denver and December 29 at Cleveland, which will air on KNBR 1050 AM.

In addition to the 87 games that are slated to broadcast on KNBR, the Warriors game on Jan. 30 vs. the Los Angeles Clippers will air nationally on ESPN Radio, marking Golden State’s first ever regular season appearance on the network during the regular season. The Warriors appeared on ESPN Radio for the first time in franchise history last season in their Game 4 win over the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Semifinals of the 2013 NBA Playoffs.
