His insights, predictions, and one-liners have entertained and informed millions of rabid readers who have come to rely on his advice.

In addition to his work in front of the keyboard, Rick has hosted and/or co-hosted nationally syndicated and local radio programs since 1999 on Westwood One, Sports Byline USA, and KFAN-AM (Minneapolis). And for two years running, Rick has been the lead analyst on the Fantasy Sports Report -- a weekly television show dedicated to fantasy football. In his latest foray into the electronic media, Rick is hosting Virtual GM on NBA-TV. Every night of the week at 1:30 am EST, Rick takes calls and answers emails, breaks down the NBA from a fantasy perspective, and offers predictions for fantasy basketball enthusiasts.

With his discretionary time, Rick is the percussionist/co-lead singer for the rock band High & Tight as well as a songwriter and frustrated novelist. Rick and his wife, Cristina, enjoy camping, hiking, biking, cooking, outdoor concerts, and playing with their dogs, Jameson (Rottweiler) and Buddha (Italian Mastiff).
