The Portland Trail Blazers (10-5) can certainly understand how the Chicago Bulls (6-6) are feeling right now. The Bulls are currently in the middle of a long six game road trip which has seen them fly across the country to take on some of the better teams in the Western Conference, including the Trail Blazers Monday night at the Rose Garden. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 pm.

While the Trail Blazers had a very successful five game road trip earlier in the season, the Bulls have struggled and are coming off of back-to-back blow out losses in LA and Denver. Portland will be hoping to sweep the season series with Chicago for the third straight season, with the Trail Blazers having won their last four match ups against the Bulls.

Monday night's game can be seen locally on Comcast SportsNet Channel 37 starting at 7 pm with Mike Barrett and Mike Rice. Brian Wheeler and Antonio Harvey will have the radio call on 95.5 The Game and on all of the stations of the Trail Blazers Radio Network.

Playing back-to-back games didn't faze the Trail Blazers on Saturday night as Portland faced Minnesota for the third time this season. Bouncing back from a Friday night road loss to the Warriors, the Trail Blazers beat the Timberwolves 106-78 behind a season-high double-double performance by Martell Webster.

Webster started in place of Andre Miller as Portland returned to the traditional two-guard lineup, and he rewarded coach Nate McMillan with a 21-point, 13-rebound night. Brandon Roy contributed 18 points. Greg Oden was impressive in the paint with 16 points, five rebounds and three blocked shots. Steve Blake added 14 points, and Joel Przybilla had 14 points and 11 rebounds.

It was the 11th straight win over Minnesota by Portland. The Trail Blazers had won the two earlier games with the Timberwolves by an average margin of 23 points, and Saturday's 28-point margin padded that average.

Starting a four-game home stand, the Trail Blazers next host the Chicago Bulls at 7 p.m. Monday.
