Cleveland Wins First Selection

The Cleveland Cavaliers have won the first overall pick in the NBA Draft Lottery for the second time in the last three years. The Raptors 12th overall selection will head over to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

JV Makes All-Rookie Team

The NBA announced Tuesday that centre Jonas Valanciunas has been named to the 2012-13 NBA All-Rookie Second Team. The native of Utena, Lithuania becomes the 10th player in team history to receive All-Rookie honours.

DeMar DeRozan scored 24 points, while Rudy Gay added 19 points and nine rebounds for the Raptors, who end on a five-game win streak.
