De'Anthony Melton

Gets light role in return After missing the first two games of the playoffs due to back injury recovery and then not leaving the bench in Game 3 in a coach's decision, Melton made his series debut Sunday. Melton didn't make much of an impact during his limited time on the floor, and he's uncertain to be included in the rotation in Game 5 on Tuesday, when the 76ers will look to stave off elimination.

Myles Turner

Leads from deep in balanced Game 4 Turner continued his strong performance in the series against Milwaukee, taking advantage of the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) by putting together another well-rounded outing to help Indiana to a commanding 3-1 series lead. Turner led all players in Sunday's contest in threes made while leading the Pacers in scoring, rebounds and blocks in a near double-double showing. Turner has been dominant all series, posting at least 20 points and seven rebounds in three of his four postseason outings.

Tyrese Haliburton

Boosts offensively in Game 4 win Haliburton followed up his breakout performance in Friday's Game 3 by putting forth another strong outing in Game 4, connecting on a handful of threes while ending as one of two Pacers players with 20 or more points in a winning effort. Haliburton tallied his highest point total of the series against Milwaukee, also connecting on more than three threes for the first time of the playoffs. Pascal Siakam

Well-rounded showing in Game 4 Siakam has been outstanding for Indiana all series against Milwaukee, posting a well-rounded performance in Sunday's Game 4 while helping the Pacers take a commanding 3-1 series lead. Siakam struggled shooting a bit from the field, but still reached double figures in scoring while ending one rebound and three assists short of a triple-double. Siakam has tallied at least 10 points, eight rebounds and five assists in two games this series, and we should expect him to continue to shine for Indiana in a potential series-clinching Game 5 in Milwaukee.

Malik Beasley

Tallies 20 points in Game 4 start Beasley entered the starting lineup Sunday with Damian Lillard (Achilles) being added to Milwaukee's inactive list, connecting on a team-high mark from three while ending three points shy of the 20-point mark in a losing effort. Beasley reached double figures in scoring for the first time of the postseason, connecting on at least three threes in two straight outings. If Lillard is unable to return in a win-or-go-home Game 5, look for Beasley to return to the starting lineup or at least have a large role in the rotation for the Bucks.

Brook Lopez

Nears double-double as top scorer Lopez led all Bucks players in scoring in Sunday's loss while connecting on a trio of threes and ending one rebound shy of a double-double in a balanced performance. Lopez has stepped up as the leader in the paint for Milwaukee during the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf), reaching double figures in all four postseason games while finishing with his highest scoring and rebound marks of the series thus far.

Khris Middleton

Balanced outing in Game 4 loss Middleton once again tried to do all he could to help lead the shorthanded Bucks past the Pacers in Game 4, leading all players in Sunday's contest in rebounds while handing out a handful of assists and ending as one of three players with 20 or more points in a losing effort. Expect Middleton to continue to try and lead the Bucks in a win-or-go-home Game 5 in Milwaukee, especially if Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) and Damian Lillard (Achilles) are unable to return for the elimination game.

Norman Powell

Provides spark off bench in Game 4 Powell provided Los Angeles with a spark off the bench while leading all bench players in Sunday's contest in threes made and scoring in a double-digit performance in Game 4. Paul George

Lifts offensively in Game 4 victory George led all players in Sunday's contest in threes made while ending with a team-high-tying point total and leading all Clippers players in assists and steals to help Los Angeles get a much-needed win to even the series with Dallas entering Game 5. George's point and assist totals are his highest of the series thus far, tallying at least 20 points in three straight games. George and James Harden will need to continue to lead the Clippers as they attempt to take a series lead in Game 5 in Los Angeles.

James Harden

All-around outing in Game 4 win Harden stepped up alongside teammate Paul George to lift Los Angeles to a much-needed win in Game 4 to even the series at 2-2 entering Game 5. Harden posted a team-high-tying point total while connecting on a quartet of threes and tallying at least six rebounds and assists in a balanced showing. Harden reached the 30-point mark for the first time of the series, also hauling in his highest rebound total of the postseason thus far.

Derrick Jones

Balanced outing in Game 4 loss Jones responded from a scoreless outing in Game 3 by putting forth one of his best performances of the first-round series Sunday in Dallas' loss against Los Angeles. Jones ended second on the team in rebounds, matching his playoff high thus far, while ending as one of four Mavericks with a double-digit point total. Jones notched his highest scoring total of the series, surpassing the double-digit mark in three of his four postseason outings.

Luka Doncic

Another triple-double in Game 4 Doncic continues to do it all for the Mavericks in the series against the Clippers, doing so again Sunday while leading all players in rebounds and assists along with ending one point shy of the 30-point mark in a losing effort. Kelly Oubre

Strong from deep in Game 4 defeat Oubre had another strong offensive outing for Philadelphia in Sunday's contest, connecting on a team-high-tying trio of threes while ending one point shy of the 20-point mark in a losing effort. Oubre has been a nice third option for the 76ers in the first-round series behind Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey, tallying at least 15 points in two of the four games and surpassing the double-digit mark in three outings.

Tyrese Maxey

Boosts offense in balanced outing Maxey provided Philadelphia with a well-rounded outing in the Game 4 defeat, connecting on a team-high-tying trio of threes while ending as one of two players with 20 or more points to go along with a half-dozen rebounds and assists. Maxey has been one of the 76ers' best offensive producers in the first-round series, surpassing the 20-point mark in all four outings. Expect Maxey to continue to produce like he has all season, and maybe even more, in a win-or-go-home Game 5 against New York.

Joel Embiid

All-around showing in Game 4 loss Embiid led all Philadelphia players in scoring, rebounds, blocks and steals while handing out a half-dozen assists in an all-around performance in a losing effort against New York. Despite dealing with a lingering knee injury throughout the series, Embiid has played in all four games and has tallied at least 25 points, eight rebounds and five assists in three straight outings. OG Anunoby

Balanced outing in double-double Anunoby put forth a well-rounded performance to help New York take a commanding 3-1 lead over Philadelphia, finishing second on the team in scoring and rebounds en route to a double-double performance. Anunoby, who also recorded a team-high-tying trio of blocks, recorded his first double-double of the postseason while posting his fourth consecutive game in double figures in scoring.

Josh Hart

Owns glass despite shooting woes Hart dominated Game 4 on the glass, leading all players in the contest in rebounds to go along with a handful of assists despite not making a single shot from the field in a winning effort. Brunson has been on a tear as of late, becoming the first player in NBA playoff history with over 85 points and 20 assists in a two-game span.

Kyle Anderson

Available for Game 4 Anderson carried a questionable tag into Game 4, but he will officially be available. Anderson has seen limited action this postseason, so he doesn't figure to have much fantasy appeal in most formats.

Grayson Allen

Unavailable for Game 4 Allen was unable to play Friday due to a right ankle sprain that will hold him out again Sunday. Eric Gordon and Royce O'Neale should continue to see expanded roles in Allen's absence.

Cam Reddish

Ruled out for Monday Reddish will be unavailable for an eighth consecutive game. It's unclear whether he'll be able to return if the Lakers stage a dramatic comeback in their first-round series.

Jarred Vanderbilt

Questionable for Game 5 Vanderbilt is yet to appear in the psotseason for the Lakers, who find themselves on the brink of elimination. This is the first time Vanderbilt has not immediately been ruled out, so he seems to be trending towards a return.

Anthony Davis

Likely to play in Game 5 Davis was questionable for Saturday's Game 4 due to his left wrist sprain, but he suited up and tallied 25 points, 23 rebounds, six assists and a block in 42 minutes. Assuming he's available Monday, it seems unlikely that he'll face any restrictions.

LeBron James

Probable for Game 5 James continues to deal with left ankle peroneal tendinopathy ahead of Game 5, but he'll likely be able to suit up once again. Over the first four matchups in the series, he's averaged 27.3 points, 8.3 assists, 6.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 40.0 minutes per game.

Bobby Portis

Ejected Sunday Portis was assessed with two technical fouls stemming from an altercation with Andrew Nembhard in the first quarter, disqualifying him for the remainder of the game. Portis finishes the contest with four points (2-4 FG) and three rebounds in six minutes of action. The already shorthanded Bucks will likely lean on Andre Jackson, Pat Connaughton and Jae Crowder to fill Portis' role.

Malik Beasley

Joins starting lineup Beasley came off the bench in the first three games of the Bucks' first-round series and averaged 4.3 points and 2.0 rebounds in 15.3 minutes per game. He'll join the starting lineup Sunday since Damian Lillard (Achilles) has been ruled out.

Tyrese Haliburton

Active for Game 4 Haliburton was a late addition to Sunday's injury report due to bask spasms, but he's on the list of active players for Indiana. Whether he'll have any limitations due to his injury remains to be seen.

Tyrese Haliburton

Dealing with back spasms Haliburton is a late addition to the injury report due to a back issue that now has his status in question. If he is unable to go, T.J. McConnell and Andrew Nembhard will likely get a lot of action at the point.

Jeremiah Robinson-Earl

Iffy for Monday It's unclear when Robinson-Earl suffered the injury, as he's played only five minutes across the first three games of the opening-round series and didn't see any action during Saturday's Game 3 loss. If Robinson-Earl is ruled out, his absence shouldn't impact the Pelicans' rotation.

Zion Williamson

Remains out, but making progress There was optimism that Williamson could return at some point in the postseason if New Orleans advanced, and that remains true as coach Willie Green said Sunday morning the superstar forward was cleared for stationary basketball drills, per Erin Summers of Bally Sports New Orleans. However, Williamson still isn't running and remains out while rehabbing a left hamstring strain he suffered during the team's first Play-In Tournament game against the Lakers. The Pelicans season will be on the line Monday, so the positive update on Williamson may be for naught.

Jamal Murray

Dealing with calf strain Murray played 39 minutes during Saturday's Game 4 loss and posted 22 points (9-23 FG), six rebounds and five assists. However, he appears to have suffered a calf injury during the contest as well. While the Nuggets won the first three matchups of the series, the Lakers have led for the majority of every game so far. Reggie Jackson (ankle) is probable for Game 5 and would presumably start at point guard if Murray is ruled out.

Reggie Jackson

Probable for Monday Jackson has appeared in the Nuggets' first four playoff matchups, averaging 2.0 points and 1.5 assists in 8.3 minutes per game. While he continues to deal with an ankle issue, he'll likely be able to suit up again Monday.

Jalen Brunson

Returns after brief absence Brunson went to the locker room following the final play of the third quarter after appearing to bang knees with Kyle Lowry. Brunson was only in the locker room for a few minutes before being cleared to return. He's been stellar for the Knicks in Game 4, posting 38 points (15-26 FG) and 10 assists through three quarters.

Jalen Brunson

Leaves Game 4 early Brunson has been stellar for the Knicks in Game 4, posting 38 points (15-26 FG) and 10 assists in 34 minutes, so his potential absence in the fourth quarter could be costly. The severity of the injury remains unclear, but Miles McBride figures to get plenty of run in Brunson's absence.
