Finished his rookie NBA season by appearing in 37 games for the Wolves, all off the bench... Sidelined for five games (Nov. 15-22) with a sprained right ankle and missed the final seven (Apr. 5-16) after suffering a sprained medial collateral ligament in his right knee Apr. 4 at Miami... Averaged 3.9 ppg and 1.4 rpg in 7.8 mpg, hitting 46.0% from the field, 27.3% from three-point range and 65.0% from the FT line... Shot 50.5% (51-for-101) after Feb. 1, averaging 25.5 pts/48 in that stretch (127 points/239 minutes)... Tallied a season-high 20 points Feb. 25 at Phoenix, one of four double-digit nights; the two steals and 24:20 were season bests, also... Pulled in a season-high seven rebounds Feb. 23 at Portland, and had 12 points Feb. 8 vs. Portland... Recalled from Iowa (D-League) on Jan. 13; he netted 24.5 ppg (57.1%) and 9.8 rpg in four games for the Energy... Signed to a two-year contract on July 13... Acquired from Utah (with Gorgui Dieng) in return for Trey Burke in a draft-night transaction on June 27; he was selected by the Jazz in the 1st round (14th overall) of the 2013 NBA Draft... Led UCLA with 17.9 points per game and averaged 5.2 rebounds per game... Ranked fourth in the Pac-12 in scoring (17.9 ppg)... Earned first-team All-Pac-12 honors and was named Pac-12 Co-Freshman of the Year, along with Arizona State's Jahii Carson... Earned second-team All-America honors from The Sporting News...Was a USBWA Freshman All-America selection (U.S. Basketball Writers' Association)... One of 21 players named to the 2013 Lute Olson All-America Team (only Pac-12 player selected to the team), as announced by CollegeInsider.com...Was one of eight finalists for the Integris Wayman Tisdale Award (presented to the nation's top freshman by the USBWA)...
