Named Honorable Mention All-America by The Associated Press as a senior.
Helped Maryland to the NCAA Final Four in his final two seasons, and was a key performer on the 2002 NCAA championship team.
Finished career second in rebounds at Maryland (998) behind Len Elmore (1,053).
He also finished sixth in career points (1,858), fourth in blocked shots (227), seventh in field goal percentage (55.3%), second in free throws attempted (718) and fourth in free throws made (431).

As a senior, named Second Team All-ACC after averaging 15.2 points, 8.2 rebounds and shooting 54.5 percent from the field.
In the East Region Final victory over Connecticut, exploded for 29 points and nine rebounds in a 90-82 win.
Scored 25 points in a one-point victory over Wake Forest.
In a December victory over Connecticut at the BB&T Classic, tallied team highs of 24 points and 10 rebounds.
Snared team-best 14 rebounds and added 15 points in the NCAA Championship Game win over Indiana.
As a junior, helped Maryland to the NCAA Final Four by averaging 15.6 points, grabbing a team-best 7.9 rebounds and shooting a team-high 56.6 percent from the field.
