LOS ANGELES, March 30 (Ticker) -- The Los Angeles Clippers' playoff aspirations likely are over.

Bryon Russell led six players in double figures with 19 points as the Utah Jazz extended their lead over the Clippers to 4 1/2 games for the eighth and final Western Conference playoff spot with a 105-92 victory at the Staples Center.

John Stockton had 16 points and 14 assists and Karl Malone added 16, six and six rebounds for the Jazz, who shot 55 percent (41-of-75) en route to their 13th consecutive victory over the Clippers.

With the Jazz trailing, 45-44, Stockton hit a layup to start an 8-0 run to close the first half. Utah did not trail thereafter.
