Trail Blazers Tip-Off Samsung NBA Summer League July 12

Portland to play a minimum of five games in Las Vegas

PORTLAND, Ore. (June 12, 2014) – The Portland Trail Blazers will tip-off their 2014 Samsung NBA Summer League schedule on Saturday, July 12 vs. New York, the NBA announced today.

The Trail Blazers will follow up their NBA Summer League opener vs. the Knicks at COX Pavilion with a game on Sunday, July 13 vs. Houston (Thomas & Mack Center), before closing out the preliminary round on Tuesday, July 15 vs. Atlanta (COX Pavilion).

Following the three-game preliminary round, the NBA Summer League returns to a tournament format for the second consecutive year, with each team guaranteed a minimum of five games. The championship game will take place on Monday, July 21.

All Trail Blazers games will be broadcast live on Comcast SportsNet, with Mike Barrett, Mike Rice and CSN’s Dwight Jaynes calling the games live from Portland.
