Comcast Sportsnet Northwest To Broadcast All Trail Blazers Summer League Games Live

Comcast SportsNet Northwest and the Portland Trail Blazers today announced that all Blazers Summer League games will air live on CSN.Trail Blazers television broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice and CSN’s Dwight Jaynes will call the games live from Portland. CSN Trail Blazers and NBA Insider Chris Haynes will provide reports from Las Vegas, including breaking news and interviews with players, scouts, celebrity attendees, and more.Coverage will expand from previous years, with postgame analysis, talk, highlights, and fan interaction after each game. A game wrap-up with Mike, Mike, Dwight, and Chris will air immediately after the final whistle, followed by Trail Blazers Pulse, where viewers drive the content using #BlazersTalk.“We are happy to announce to the fervent fans of Rip City that every Blazers Summer League game will air live on CSN, along with postgame coverage to quench their thirst for more Blazers,” said Comcast SportsNet Vice President and General Manager Larry Eldridge. “After such a great run in the playoffs, we’re all ready for more Blazers.”“For our fans, Trail Blazers Basketball is a year-round focus, including the off-season when the NBA Draft and free agency drive a lot of the headlines,” said Trail Blazers President and CEO Chris McGowan.  “Thanks to our partner Comcast Sports Net, fans in Rip City can feed their appetite for Trail Blazers action this summer as we start the countdown to the 2014-15 season.”The Trail Blazers are one of 24 teams participating in the 2014 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, which will be held at the Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas from July 11-21.  The Trail Blazers complete Summer League schedule as well as its roster of players will be announced at a later date.
