Indiana Pacers' Lance Stephenson calls out Toronto Raptors with Instagram post

Lance Stephenson broke one of the NBA’s unwritten rules Tuesday night when he made uncontested layup with 3.3 seconds left in the Indiana Pacers’ 108-90 win over Toronto.

The Raptors, predictably, were not happy and the game ended with a brief pushing and shouting sequence. Stephenson and Toronto’s P.J. Tucker received technical fouls.

“Bush league,” Raptors coach Dwane Casey said.

“Tasteless, classless,” added Tucker.

Stephenson apologized after the game: “I didn’t mean no harm.”

A day later, Stephenson was not quite as sorry.

Stephenson posted this video to his Instagram, pointing out that Toronto’s Norman Powell threw down a windmill dunk in the closing seconds of a 24-point win over the Philadelphia 76ers last April.
