Hawks reserve Kris Humphries shattered a backboard with a dunk during practice Saturday at Santa Monica (Calif.) High School.
Humphries posted a picture of the ruined backboard on Instagram, joking that he was still washing glass out of his hair after the mishap.
According to Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Hawks will pay to have the backboard replaced and repair any damages. Vivlamore reported that the Hawks were able to complete practice in advance of Sunday’s game with the Lakers.
