McConnell (20 points, season-high 11 assists), and Aaron Nesmith (20 points, four rebounds) totaled 62 points for Indiana. Jimmy Butler led Miami with 33 points, five rebounds, and five assists. The Pacers improve to 10-8 as the Heat move to 11-9.
