37th overall by Minnesota in the 2024 NBA Draft...As part of a four-team trade, acquired by Detroit on draft night along with Wendell Moore Jr.; Detroit traded the draft rights to Cam Spencer (53rd overall) to Memphis, Memphis traded a 2030 second-round pick to Minnesota and the draft rights to Ulrich Comche (57th overall) to Toronto, Toronto traded cash to Minnesota, Minnesota traded Moore Jr. to Detroit.

BEFORE NBA

Originally committed to Maryland in 2021, recommitted to Wake Forest for 2022-23 and averaged 5.3 points and 4.5 rebounds on .368 3PT% as a 19 year old...Became first Wake Forest freshman to record a double-double in four seasons with 15 points and 10 rebounds against South Carolina State (11/23/22)...Recorded 10 points and 12 rebounds against Notre Dame (2/25/23)...Logged 17 points and 11 rebounds in the second round of the ACC Tournament against Syracure (3/8/23) to become the first Wake Forest freshman with a double-double in the ACC Tournament since Tim Duncan in 1993-94...Had a season-high four blocks in the ACC Tournament against Miami (3/9) with seven points and 11 rebounds...Had at least seven rebounds in six of the final seven games of the season.

Mother is Anna and stepfather is Ove Klintman; mother is Swedish and his father was from Senegal...Brother, Ibbe, plays for Central Arkansas...Grew up playing soccer in hometown of Malmo, Sweden...Came to United States to attend Sunrise Christian Academy in Kanas...In his single season at Sunrise, he helped lead the team to a 25-2 overall record for their best season in school history while winning the National Interscholastic Basketball Conference...Voted best high school team in the state of Kansas since 2000 by MaxPreps...Returned to Sweden in the summer of 2022 to compete with the Swedish National Team in the FIBA U20 European Championships (July 16-24)...Ultimately led Sweden in all major categories of points (16.0 per game), rebounds (10.0 per game), assists (5.1 per game), steals (2.6 per game), blocks (0.9 per game), efficiency (160.0), and minutes played (29.9 per game), as Sweden finished with a 6-1 record...Was selected to the FIBA U-20 Division B All-Star 5.
