He gained attention for his skills on the pitching mound and did not start playing basketball seriously until he was 14. Eubanks attended Reynolds High School in Troutdale, Oregon. In his senior year, he posted per-game averages of 16.7 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.2 blocks. Learn more about Eubanks by following him on Twitter (@DrewEubanks12) and Instagram (@drewdatower). Eubanks finished eighth in the nation as well as fourth in the Pac-12 in field-goal percentage (.624) in the 2017-18 season, his final year in college. He tallied the fourth-most blocks (69) in the Pac-12 as a sophomore, and he followed that accomplishment up by recording the fifth-most rejections (55) in the conference during his junior season. Along with the aforementioned stats, the Troutdale, Oregon native led Oregon State in two-point baskets made (164), two-point percentage (.624), two-point baskets per game (5.1), two-point attempts per game (8.2) and blocks per game (1.7) as a third-year player. Eubanks declared for the 2018 NBA Draft after his junior year, but he went undrafted. He signed with the San Antonio Spurs in the summer of 2018.
