Ziaire Williams scored a team-high 19 points to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to a 95-84 victory over the Utah Jazz in the Salt Lake City Summer League on Thursday at Vivint Arena.

The Jazz jumped out to a great start and led 29-17 after one quarter. Both sides kept up the strong play in the second, but the Jazz maintained their cushion, taking a 12-point lead into the break. The Grizzlies flipped the switch in the second half, starting with an impressive third quarter in which they outscored the Jazz 30-18 to tie the game heading into the fourth. The Grizzlies kept up the momentum in the final frame, outscoring the Jazz by another 11 points to earn the impressive win.

In addition to Williams, the Grizzlies had five other players score in double digits, including David Roddy, who totaled 16 points and five rebounds, and Santi Aldama, who added 14 points and eight rebounds. The Grizzlies shot 45 percent from the field, though they went just 6-for-31 from deep.

Meanwhile, Jared Butler led the Jazz with 22 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and a steal. Bruno Caboclo added 17 points, seven rebounds, three blocks and a steal, while Kofi Cockburn tallied 12 points, nine rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block.

Both teams are back in action on Saturday, as the Jazz take on the Hawks and the Grizzlies face the Clippers.
