The gothic style gives off the vibe of protecting our kingdom. The textured background is designed to look like a suit of armor which shows on this year’s jerseys as the team takes the court to go to battle for the coveted “W.”
This year the wordmark celebrates the team’s 35th anniversary season by using an iconic retro star in place of the “A.” They incorporated a deconstructed version of the classic comet logo with an energy bolt down the side panel and stars at the bottom.
