Nuggets 89, Knicks 86: Box Score | Game Detail
Rookie first-round pick Julian Strawther’s co-game-high 25 points and key production from a pair of 2023 second-round selections helped the Denver Nuggets overcome a late rally to hand the New York Knicks an 89-86 loss in NBA 2K24 Summer League tournament play at Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
The Nuggets opened the playoff matchup dominating on both ends of the floor, leading to a 21-9 lead after one. While the Knicks were much more competitive in the second quarter, Denver had a 15-point lead by halftime and still held a 13-point advantage heading into the final period.
