Kyrie Irving has been diagnosed with a left side facial fracture, the Brooklyn Nets announced on Wednesday.

Irving suffered the injury during workouts on Tuesday and is listed as day-to-day.
The Nets have media day scheduled for Friday before they open training camp this weekend.
After their first preseason game on Oct. 4, the team will travel to China to compete against the Los Angeles Lakers during the NBA China Games 2019 on Oct. 10 and 14.
