Indiana is known for resilient centerpieces, and this year the team leans on Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner to anchor the paint. The 2021-22 Nike NBA City Edition Uniform illuminates the moments that left the Market Square Arena — and now the Fieldhouse —  in a frenzy. Deep 3-pointers and stunning upsets from Reggie Miller, Rik Smits cleaning up the glass, Mark Jackson’s hustle and Larry Bird calling the shots from the sidelines.

In honor of the NBA’s 75th season, the jersey represents an upstanding organization with deep basketball roots:

  • Elements from the original 1971 logo for the Pacers are remixed with accents from the ’80s and late ’90s to create the ultimate tribute to Indiana’s longtime Pro squad.
  • The belt buckle displays the state of Indiana with a star denoting Indianapolis, the capital and home of the Pacers.
  • Bobby “Slick” Leonard’s trademark call “Boom Baby” lines the bottom of the jersey.

These uniforms honor a fanbase ingrained in basketball’s very beginnings.
