The Brooklyn Nets travel to Sacramento to take on the Kings with both teams flaunting a 6-8 record. The last time we saw both squads was on Sunday night where the Nets fell 116-103 on the road to the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Kings were able to notch their third straight victory taking down the Golden State Warriors 122-115.

Sacramento is listed as 3-point home favorites in this contest as they host Brooklyn playing their third game in four nights.

The Parlay: (+310)

  • Kevin Durant Over 7.5 Rebounds (+115)
  • Under 226.5 (-105)

Nets vs. Kings Same Game Parlay

Kevin Durant Over 7.5 Rebounds (+115)

The Nets have a full list of players appearing on their injury report and may be a little short handed heading into tonight’s matchup. They will be without Kyrie Irving serving a suspension, but also have Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Nic Claxton and Yuta Watanabe appearing on the report with day-to-day injuries. This puts a bigger emphasis on Durant in this matchup.

His points total is set very high, eclipsing 30-points on most books. This is a fair number, right at his 30.6 PPG average through the first 14 games of the season. Instead of focusing on his scoring, a more intriguing bet is looking into his rebounding total, which is set relatively low given the matchup.

The Kings are not a good rebounding team averaging only 49.1 a contest. They have also missed out on a lot of second chance opportunities ranking 28th in offensive rebounds per contest at 7.6.

With the Nets ranked first in opponent shooting percentage, second in field goals allowed and the Kings struggles on the boards, look for Durant to take advantage.

Under 226.5 (-110)

Assuming the Nets continue their strong defensive play, we can expect to see some offensive struggles out of the Kings.

Brooklyn enters this contest ranked first in opponent shooting percentage and second in field goals allowed. This number is even better over their last three surrendering an average of 98.7 points per game, and holding four of their last five opponents under 100.

Defense travels in the NBA; look no further than with the Nets who give up 4.7 fewer points per 100 possessions on the road compared to at home. Expect them to keep the Kings in check offensively, and look for fatigue to have a bit of an impact on the offensive end for Brooklyn.
