As the pioneering Assistant Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at USC Gould School of Law, Dr. Woods crafted innovative frameworks and collaborations, significantly advancing diversity efforts. Now serving as the Dean of Students and Associate Dean, she continues to champion diversity, conducting influential training sessions across the USC campus.

Nancy is the Vice President of Marketing at the ActOne Group, spearheading transformation in the marketing and technology sectors of the multibillion-dollar workforce solutions industry. Her strategic vision has forged impactful partnerships with major organizations such as NASCAR, Dress for Success, and Military Makeover: Operation Career, aiming to advance women professionals and foster a more diverse and equitable workforce. The Comerica Woman of Philanthropy is Erin O'Toole-Delawari. Erin, a dedicated Lakers fan and 4th-grade teacher at St. Philip The Apostle School in Pasadena for the past decade, has been deeply engaged in supporting low-income households in the San Gabriel Valley for over 20 years. Notably, she has served as a leader in Family Promise, an alliance of churches aiding children and families facing homelessness by facilitating access to temporary and permanent housing, job opportunities, and childcare. Alongside her husband, Waleed, Erin has actively contributed to the Boys & Girls Club of the Foothills since 2013, volunteering and serving on the Board. Additionally, she plays an integral role in her community by teaching Confirmation classes and serving as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Philip the Apostle Church. Erin’s unwavering commitment to improving the lives of children and families makes her a respected leader in the San Gabriel community, dedicating her time, contributions, and resources to create positive impact.

The Comerica Woman of Philanthropy is Brittanie Ngo. Brittanie, a project manager at Edwards AFB, CA Air Force Material Command, leads IT projects for the 412th Test Wing. With a background in business development and cloud program management, she's volunteered for the Army Component Command, specializing in cybersecurity. Brittanie actively supports over 20 volunteer and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility organizations, emphasizing her commitment to military and Vietnam Veterans. As Ms. Elite U.S. Woman of Achievement, she champions community service, including cyber safety training and visits to military families. A Vietnamese refugee and U.S. Citizen, she's a nominee for "Woman of Promise" and "Woman of Philanthropy," holding degrees from the University of California, Irvine, Stanbridge College, and the University of Maryland Global Campus. Recognized with various certificates and awards, she exemplifies the American immigrant dream.

The Comerica Woman of Entrepreneurship is Rebecca Stewart. Rebecca, the Owner and Founder of VIP Nannies Inc., has established herself as the go-to professional in Los Angeles for high-net-worth families and celebrities seeking top-tier nannies and household staff over the past seventeen years. Her diverse clientele includes Oscar-winning actors and 90s pop stars who trust her expertise in finding the ideal household support. Rebecca's journey began at 24 when she turned job loss into an opportunity, founding VIP Nannies with a small business loan. Her agency, now serving Southern California, New York, and global families, has expanded to include Household Staffing. In 2022, Rebecca celebrated the 16th anniversary of her company, successfully placing over 1,500 candidates in jobs. Her genuine, down-to-earth approach and unwavering dedication make her a deserving candidate for the Women of Entrepreneurship Award, embodying the spirit of hardworking and powerful women.
