Tickets Must Be Scanned from a Mobile Device

  • Access your mobile tickets by logging into Account Manager through the Lakers App presented by bibigo or through Lakers.com/AccountManager.

  • Add tickets to your mobile wallet for easy entry. At the gate, just tap or hold your phone near the reader to scan your ticket.

  • Transfers will be disabled at tipoff each game. Resale will be disabled 1 hour prior to tipoff.

  • Screenshots or printouts of mobile tickets are not valid for entry.

Mobile Ticketing Steps

Logging In

STEP 1

Open the Lakers app, click on the Tickets tab, click Manage Tickets, and click Log in to Account Manager.

STEP 2

Click Continue. You can use your same login credentials as Ticketmaster.com to access Lakers Account Manager.

STEP 3

Sign in using the e-mail address on your account.

Managing Your Tickets

STEP 1

Quickly view, send, and sell tickets directly from the Lakers app or Lakers.com/AccountManager.

STEP 2

Click on each game to view your tickets and available management options.

STEP 3

Scan your barcodes directly from your phone, or add tickets to your mobile wallet.

Transferring Your Tickets

Transfer will be disabled at tipoff. If your transfer is not accepted by tipoff, tickets will be returned to your account.


STEP 1

Click on the desired game, click Transfer, select the seats you’d like to transfer, and click Continue.

STEP 2

Enter your recipient’s info and click Transfer. If you selected the Text Message option, you will be prompted to send a text to your recipient.

STEP 3

A link to accept the transfer will be sent to your recipient, who must accept the seat(s) prior to the start of the game.

Accepting a Transfer

Transfers must be accepted prior to tipoff, or tickets will be returned to the sender’s account.


STEP 1

Click the Accept Tickets link in your email or text message.

STEP 2

Review transfer requirements and log in/create a new account to Accept the tickets.

STEP 3

Once you log in, the tickets are yours! Add tickets to your mobile wallet to make things easier once you get to the arena.

Selling Your Tickets

Please note: Resale will be disabled 1 hour before tipoff.


STEP 1

Click on the desired game, click Sell, select the seats you’d like to sell, and click Continue.

STEP 2

Set your asking price.

* There are no seller fees when listing your tickets through Lakers Account Manager.

STEP 3

Scroll down, choose your Payout Method, click List tickets, and your posting will be live within a few minutes.

* Please note: Only Lakers Season Ticket Members have access to Account Credit.

Donating Your Tickets

Please note: Donations must be made through the Account Manager website at Lakers.com/AccountManager.
Donation is not available through the Mobile App.


STEP 1

Click on the desired game, click More, then click Donate.

*Please note: Donate may not be available if the game is more than two weeks away, it is less than one hour before the game, or the donation limit has already been met.

STEP 2

Select the seat(s) you would like to donate and click Continue.

STEP 3

Choose the charity from the dropdown and click Continue.

Mobile Ticketing FAQ

Account Manager is the online portal to manage your Lakers Season Tickets. You can use Account Manager to quickly view, send, sell, donate, and scan tickets from your phone.

You can access Account Manager online via Lakers.com/AccountManger or through the Lakers Mobile App presented by bibigo, available for both iPhone and Android.

There are no more printed PDF tickets. Lakers digital tickets are mobile only and will need to be scanned from a mobile device for entrance into Crypto.com Arena. To send your tickets to someone else, you will need to transfer your tickets through the Lakers Mobile App presented by bibigo or online Account Manager.

Tickets must be scanned through the Lakers Mobile App presented by bibigo, Lakers Account Manager, or your mobile wallet. Screenshots of mobile tickets are not valid for entry. Tickets can be sent to others using ticket transferring through the Lakers App or Account Manager.

Ticket transferring allows you to send tickets electronically to anyone with a valid e-mail address. With the Lakers Mobile App presented by bibigo, you can text or e-mail a link to transfer your tickets. Tickets will remain in your account until your recipient accepts the transfer, or until the transfer expires.

Your recipient will need to click the link in the e-mail or text message they received and log into Account Manager, or create a new account. Once they log in, they will need to click “Accept” before the start of the game.

Ticket transfers may not be available if the game has started or if the game has not been paid off. Please contact your Customer Service Specialist with any issues.

There are no seller fees if you list tickets through your Lakers Account Manager.

If your tickets are unsold, your listing will come down 1 hour prior to the game, and tickets will be returned to your account.

Selling may not be available if it is within one (1) hour of the game or if the game has not been paid off. Please contact your Customer Service Specialist with any issues.

You can choose your payment method during the ticket posting process. Funds can be deposited directly into your bank account. Season Ticket Members can also select account credit to apply towards presales, playoffs, and/or season renewals. You can also have the funds deposited directly into your bank account. For the direct deposit option, your first payment may be sent by check to your mailing address.

A Mobile Wallet stores your tickets digitally so that you don't need to log in to access your tickets at the game. To utilize your Mobile Wallet, be sure your phone is updated to the latest version.

Your phone may not be updated to the latest version, your ticket may not have been transferred correctly, or your account may be linked to a different Apple ID. Please click here for more info.

With Ticketmaster’s SafeTix, barcodes are no longer needed for tickets in Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Just tap or hold your phone near the reader to scan your ticket.

Desktop Ticketing Steps

Access Your Tickets

STEP 1

Visit Lakers.com/AccountManager and sign in using the e-mail address on your account.

STEP 2

Click on the Manage Tickets button.

Transferring Your Tickets

Transfer will be disabled at tipoff. If your transfer is not accepted by tipoff, tickets will be returned to your account.
Please note: If utilizing the bulk transfer function, we recommend transferring no more than 3 games at once.

STEP 1

Click on the desired game and click on the Transfer button in the top right corner.

STEP 2

Select the specific seat(s) you would like to transfer and click the Continue button in the bottom right corner.

Accepting a Transfer
