Overview
Jordan Walsh spent his first and only collegiate season playing for the Arkansas Razorbacks. As a freshman, he started in 22 of his 36 appearances and averaged 7.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.1 steals. The forward helped lead the Razorbacks to a Sweet 16 appearance in the 2023 NCAA Tournament. Before Arkansas, Walsh was a five-star and consensus top-25 recruit out of high school. He played his first three seasons at Faith Family Academy in Dallas, Texas, before transferring to Link Academy in Branson, Missouri, for his senior year. Walsh was selected to play in the 2022 McDonald’s All-American Boys Game and the Jordan Brand Classic.

Analysis
Walsh has impressive size and athleticism for a modern-day forward. He has a good feel of when to cut and is a relentless finisher at the rim. His length allows him to bother opponents all over the floor and create turnovers.

Projection
Walsh’s skillset has shades of Jonathan Kuminga and Tari Eason. His elite athleticism and length give him the potential to be a top-tier defender in the NBA. Being one of the younger prospects in the draft, it will likely take time for him to see consistent minutes and be a high-level contributor.
