That’s mostly because those specific problems have been so rare for a veteran starting group on a Clippers team that’s finished each of the past five seasons in the top six in offensive rating. The Clippers’ (3-1) starters combined for just 47 points and 12 turnovers against the Thunder, but their defense once again kept them in it until the end as they now try to bounce back and get their typically elite offense back on track, beginning Friday in Memphis (3-2) on the first game of a back-to-back.
