The Cleveland Cavaliers have advanced to the 2024 NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Semifinals and will play the #1 seeded Boston Celtics in a best-of-seven series (format 2-2-1-1-1).

Q: HOW AND WHEN CAN I GET TICKETS?
Tickets for the Cavaliers' three possible Eastern Conference Semifinals home games at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse are ON SALE NOW. There is a six (6) ticket limit per transaction and tickets will be available while supplies last.

Q: HOW CAN I SECURE PLAYOFF PRIORITY ACCESS?
There are two options for fans to secure Playoff Priority access.

Option 1: The best way to access tickets for Cavs 2024 NBA Playoff home games is to purchase a Cavs United membership package for the 2024-25 season. Cavs United members receive first access to purchase playoff tickets before they go on-sale to the general public. For information on becoming a member of Cavs United, visit Cavs.com/enroll.

Option 2: Create a FREE Cavs United profile at Cavs.com/united. Everyone with a Cavs United profile (current and new) will automatically be registered for Playoff Priority, which provides a first-come, first-served opportunity to purchase from a limited number of available single game tickets before they go on-sale to the general public.

Q:  IF I AM A CAVS UNITED MEMBER, WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY PLAYOFF TICKETS?
Cavs United Members have access to their mobile tickets for the available playoff games in their SeatGeek account. Members can transfer tickets or post any tickets they cannot use for resale through the SeatGeek Account Manager or access their mobile tickets via the Cavs or SeatGeek mobile apps. If you are a Cavs United Member and you have any additional questions, please contact your personal Membership Representative.

Members will also have the opportunity to purchase additional single game playoff tickets when they become available for each game.

Q:  WHAT IF TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT? 
All fans can purchase guaranteed, authentic tickets from Cavs United Members and other fans by going to cavs.com/schedule OR via SeatGeek directly, as available. Pricing for resale tickets is determined by the seller, not the team, and includes a service fee that will be added to the cost of each ticket at checkout.

Q: ARE THERE ANY FAN ACTIVITIES PLANNED?
Whether you have a ticket to the game or just want to be a part of Cavs playoff excitement downtown, the fun and festivities start at the Cavs FREE outdoor Fan Fest in Gateway Plaza presented by Huntington before every home game. Fan Fest will begin at 5:00 PM for both Game 3 and Game 4!

Q: WILL THE CAVS HOST WATCH PARTIES?
The Cavaliers will host official watch parties for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals presented by Sherwin-Williams at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse as the team continues the series with Boston.

Q: WHAT TV CHANNEL WILL THE PLAYOFFS BE ON?
All games in the Eastern Conference Semifinals are exclusive network windows and not available for local telecasts. Game 1 of Round 2 will be broadcast on TNT, and Game 2 will be broadcast on ESPN.
