Joe G. has your keys to victory.

In the two-game series against New Orleans last season, LeBron James averaged 36.5 points on .634 (26-41) shooting from the field, 8.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists in 39.0 minutes per game. In the Cavs’ last visit to the Smoothie King Center on December 12, 2014, James tallied 41 points on 17-24 (.708) shooting, five rebounds, five assists and one block in 38 minutes.

Kevin Love has scored at least 20 points in eight of his last nine games against New Orleans (including both contests in 2014-15), averaging 25.3 points and 11.4 rebounds in 38.9 minutes over that span.

New Orleans (4-15) had high expectations coming into the 2015-16 campaign under new head coach, Alvin Gentry, but have struggled to find their stride in the early going. The Pelicans have dropped four straight after falling to the Houston Rockets, 108-101, on Wednesday night in Houston.

Despite their slow start, Anthony Davis, has still been playing at a high level, leading the Pelicans in points (23.5 ppg) and rebounds (10.7 rpg).
