CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland NAACP, Black CoLabs and Aramark Sports + Entertainment announce the lineup of local Black chefs and restaurateurs set to compete at A Taste of Black Cleveland: The Food Showcase 8.0 at Rocket Arena on July 16. Now in its eighth year, the event brings the community together to celebrate Cleveland’s culinary talent and cultural vibrancy.
Guests will experience signature dishes from Cleveland’s top culinary talent, engage directly with participating chefs and vote for their favorites across six categories. Each chef will present their most popular and innovative offerings to compete for the coveted top spot in their category. The six categories include: full-service restaurant, food truck/catering, carryout, vegan and dessert.
