Instant analysis: Enes Kanter’s injury (and OKC’s 4-6 mark while he’s been out) proved just how thin the Thunder bench is. They’ve hopefully rectified that issue by adding Gibson and McDermott. Of the two, Gibson is more playoff-tested (56 career playoff games) and will be counted on heavily to lighten the scoring/rebounding load Russell Westbrook totes.
