Warriors Fan To Take Million Dollar Shot At Friday's Game
One Randomly Selected Fan Will Have Opportunity To Shoot For $1,000,000 At Team's Game Against Chicago

During the second half of Friday night's game against the Chicago Bulls at Oracle Arena, one lucky Warriors fan will have the chance to take and make a shot for ONE MILLION DOLLARS as part of the Warriors Shootout, an on-going fan shooting contest. Up until Friday, fans have had the opportunity to win $500 for a free-throw, $2,000 for a three-pointer and $10,000 or $25,000 for a half-court shot.

As part of the team's season ticket renewal campaign, all Warriors Season Ticket Holders who have renewed their tickets for next season before halftime of Friday night's game will be automatically entered into the drawing to decide who takes the Million Dollar Shot. Fans can also enter the contest by visiting warriors.com/shootout. As part of the Warriors season ticket renewal campaign, all season ticket holders who renew before March 20 for the 2013-14 season have the opportunity to save on 2012-13 playoff tickets.

The Warriors have been running the in-game shooting contest since February 20, randomly selecting fans to take shots for money on the court during timeouts at Warriors home games. For the Million Dollar Shot the contestant will have to make a three-quarters court shot.

Warriors Guard Klay Thompson attempted the three-quarters court shot today

Last year, three Warriors season ticket holders nailed half court shots, earning nearly $50,000 collectively. View highlights from last year's "Shootout" below:
