Warriors Basketball Camp, Powered By Under Armour, Announces 2017 Summer Camp Schedule

The Golden State Warriors announced today that Warriors Basketball Camp, powered by Under Armour, the global leader in sports performance and innovation, will hold 27 camp sessions at 22 locations this summer. Registration for all general camp sessions is available now at Warriors.com/camps, while registration for a special overnight session at California State University, Monterey Bay begins on Thursday, April 13 at 12 p.m.

Last season, Warriors Basketball Camp set a summer attendance record with over 3,800 boys and girls selling out all 23 camp sessions in the Bay Area, as well as two special overnight camps featuring Warriors All-Stars Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.

The summer schedule is highlighted by 25 general sessions, which focus on individual skill development, the importance of fundamentals and the development of a healthy team attitude for boys and girls, ages 7-15, of all skill levels and abilities. The general sessions will be held in Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, South San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz, Walnut Creek, Cupertino, San Ramon, San Mateo, Larkspur, Newark, Napa, Saratoga and Livermore. Warriors Basketball Camp will also host a High Potential session for boys and girls ages 11-17 at the Warriors Practice Facility from July 24-27.

In addition, Warriors Basketball Camp will host an Overnight Camp session at California State University, Monterey Bay from June 28 to July 1, with Warriors Guard Shaun Livingston and Center Zaza Pachulia making guest appearances. Livingston and Pachulia will conduct lectures, interact with campers, serve as guest coaches, and more.

The staff at Warriors Basketball Camp consists of current high school and college coaches, as well as current and former local college players. Many sessions of Warriors Basketball Camp feature appearances by current and former Warriors players and coaches. In the past year alone, Warriors players Ian Clark, Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Damian Jones, Kevon Looney, James Michael McAdoo and Zaza Pachulia, as well as Warriors President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Bob Myers, have appeared at Warriors Basketball Camp sessions.
