Vine announced on Thursday morning its plans to sunset the popular video looping mobile platform. "Nothing is happening to the apps, website or your Vines today," the team said in a release. Vine thanked its users for giving each other the chance to laugh and be creative in a global space, and ensures that more updates will be release before any permanent changes are made.
Since the news broke, the social media community took to both Vine and Twitter to share some of their favorite loops of all time, using the hashtag #RIPVine.
