GAME LEADERS

It wasn’t the prettiest of games, but the Warriors grinded out an 89-84 road win in Philadelphia on Monday night. Stephen Curry led the Dubs with 20 points and six assists and Leandro Barbosa gave the team a much needed boost with 16 points on 5-for-7 shooting.

After another sluggish start for the Dubs, the visiting team looked to take control of the game with a 14-2 run to start the fourth quarter. But an 18-point advantage dwindled down to four in the last 10 seconds of the game, but in the end the Warriors were able to do just enough to get them their 41st win in 50 games this season.

With the Splash Brothers enduring tough shooting nights – Curry and Thompson went a combined 11-for-34 from the field – the Warriors’ second unit came up big. Barbosa made his first five shots and former 76ers players Andre Iguodala and Marreese Speights each scored in double figures.
