GAME LEADERS

The 100th straight sellout crowd on Warriors Ground saw Stephen Curry put on a shooting display. The Warriors guard connected on seven 3-pointers for a game-high 32 points in the Dubs’ 104-89 victory over the Heat on Wednesday night at Oracle Arena.

Curry scored the first nine Warriors points of the game and assisted on the next basket, a Klay Thompson transition 3-pointer that gave the Warriors a lead that they would never relinquish. Thompson’s first trey of the game started a 9-0 run, and he and Curry had 19 of the team’s first 24 points.

The Warriors led by as many as 12 points in the first period, and they maintained a double-digit advantage for the majority of the game thanks in large part to the play of their reserve unit. Andre Iguodala had nine points and seven assists, David Lee did a little bit of everything with eight points, five assists and six boards, and three other reserves had at least seven points. The Warriors’ bench out-scored that of Miami 41-17, putting in quality minutes one night after the team played in Salt Lake City.
