Timely 3-point shooting is usually an advantage enjoyed by the Warriors, but it was Phoenix sinking huge treys as the Dubs lost 106-102 on the road on Sunday. The Suns thwarted a fourth-quarter Warriors run with consecutive three-pointers and Golden State’s bid to come all the way back was spoiled when they came up empty on a potentially game-tying possession in the last 30 seconds of the game. Stephen Curry finished with 30 points and seven assists and David Lee had 18 points and 13 rebounds for his fifth-straight double-double. The loss ends a streak of six straight Warriors wins over the Suns, and the Dubs will return home to host the Pelicans on Tuesday in the first of three straight games at Oracle Arena.
